It won”t be hard for her to do – just go into “settings” and type in the new information – and Demi Moore will no longer be Ashton Kutcher”s wife on Twitter. And she can keep her followers.
So far, the actress has not changed her MrsKutcher handle following her announcement she”s divorcing the Two and a Half Men star.
Perhaps that”s because this is a bigger emotional step than just making few key strokes.
Moore, 49, and Kutcher, 33, were among Hollywood”s Twitterati, expressing – and defending – their love in 140 characters or less.
Less than two years ago, in fact, all seemed well in their Twitter-verse.
“you are the best. the sweetest and I am crazy about you mr kutcher!” Moore Tweeted to her husband – he”s aplusk on Twitter – in March 2010.
And even when reports of infidelity by Kutcher first started swirling in September 2010, the couple put up a united front, with Moore posting this TwitPic of them cuddling.
But a year later, when a new round of reports circulated of a second affair by Kutcher, Moore”s tone changed.
Last September, she posted a photo of a broken heart with this message: “2day can U feel some1 else”s heart pain needs desires as U can feel your own At the core we”re all reaching 4 the same.”
Kutcher answered the allegations with this post: “When you ASSUME to know that which you know nothing of you make an ASS out of U and ME”
But on Thursday, after Moore announced that their marriage was ending, he took to Twitter and linked to a Chime. In message.
“I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi,” he wrote. “Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail. Love and Light, AK.”
