The House of Valentino have released the official sketch of the bespoke wedding dress they desinged for royal bride, Tatiana Santo Domingo.
“The House of Valentino is pleased to announce Tatiana Santo Domingo wearing Valentino Haute Couture dress and cape, designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli, during her wedding with Andrea Casiraghi on February 1st 2014 in Gstaad,” read a statement from the Italian fashion house.
Valentino himself, who attended Tatiana and Andrea’s wedding celebrations in Switzerland, proudly tweeted about the stunning creation on Sunday.
“Custom made wedding gown in silk tulle and lace macramé for Tatiana Santo Domingo’s marriage to Andrea Casiraghi #love,” he wrote.

According to the House of Valentino’s statement, the floor-length ivory cape is “double cashmere with hood mink lining.”
Tatiana’s showstopping ensemble ensured that she looked stunning in the fairytale setting of Le Rougemont church.
Standing amid the falling snow, Tatiana was also able to protect her elegant chignon hairstyle and glittering tiara with the cape’s striking hood.
In the week before Tatiana and Andrea’s second wedding it was confirmed that the 30-year-old would wear a Valentino creation, in contrast to the less-formal look she adopted for her first wedding in 2013.

On 31 August, the on-trend fashionista stepped out in a flowing ivory Missoni gown and sandals, sporting a garland of flowers on her head.
Tatiana now joins a host of royal brides, including Princess Madeleine of Sweden, Princess Marie Chantal of Greece and Queen Maxima of The Netherlands, who have worn Valentino on their big day.
