After posing for the Cliff Watts-shot spread, Mr. Gisele Bundchen chats about training for the upcoming season and reveals his goals outside the football field.

On his exercise regime:
“I do a lot of band exercises because they work the accelerators and decelerators. If you only train one way-acceleration, acceleration, acceleration – then as soon as you deacel, that”s when you”ll get hurt.”
On his ultimate goal in life:
“I just want to help people. It”s so frustrating for me to see athletes not being able to do what they really love to do. And I”m like, God, it”s not that hard. It”s really not. Guys work really hard, but if you work hard at the wrong things, you just don”t get the results you want.”
On his reaction to season stats:
“There”s one stat that matters and that”s wins.”
