Tamara Ecclestone, 28, and her fiance Jay Rutland, 31, have been continuing their recent run of exotic holidays in Mexico.
Shortly after returning from a break in Miami, the heiress shared Twitter images of the couple horseriding on an idyllic beach in the Central American country. Dressed in white, Tamara and her husband-to-be couldn”t look happier as they pose on the sun kissed shores.

The brunette”s feelings were summed up in two words: “Amazing day”, she wrote in the accompanying caption. She added: “Had such an amazing time in Mexico next stop LA can”t wait.”
Tamara is taking some time out after giving evidence in the blackmail trial of her former boyfriend Derek Rose, 33. Derek was later sentenced to four years in jail for trying to blackmail his famous ex-partner.
The model and socialite has now moved on from her recent troubles and is looking forward to the future with former stockbroker Jay. The couple”s wedding is due to take place this summer in the south of France.
It looks set to be an no-expense-spared event to match that of Tamara”s sister Petra, whose three-day extravaganza in 2011 is reported to have cost their father, Formula One billionaire Bernie Ecclestone, something in the region of £12 million.
The couple were introduced by mutual friends in January and were together for a month when Jay proposed. Speaking exclusively to !, Tamara told the magazine all about their whirlwind romance – and how they started talking about marriage just a week after their first date.
“Our engagement has been very sudden and I get that there are people who won”t understand that and will read things into it,” she said. “But my response to that would be, “When you know, you know.”
“The thing is, I”d heard people say that before and I”d never really understood it, because I hadn”t experienced it for myself. But when I met Jay, I just knew this was the man I was going to marry.”
Tamara added: “I don”t think the amount of time you are together has anything to do with it. All I know is that I have never felt more comfortable with anyone so quickly, or felt as happy as I feel right now.”
