Rolling Stone Garners Criticism for Tsarnaev Cover

Theyre not afraid to raise a few eyebrows, but the folks over at Rolling Stone magazine may have gone too far by putting Boston Marathon Bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on the cover of their new issue.

A caption for the featured article states, How a popular, promising student was failed by his family, fell into radical Islam and became a monster.

Tsarnaevs self-taken photo is also displayed on the cover, causing the phrase Rolling Stone to trend on Twitter as of Wednesday morning (July 17).

Dzhokhar has been charged with a total of 30 federal counts for his role in the Boston Marathon bombings, and is awaiting trial.
