Royal watchers cooed with excitement as Princess Madeleine of Sweden and Chris O”Neill released new photos of their baby daughter Princess Leonore.
The royal darling, who will be christened on her parents” first wedding anniversary on 8 June, has grown into an adorable little tot as the black and white images have shown.
Taking it in turns to pose for the camera, Princess Madeleine and Chris each shared a tender moment carrying their three-month-old baby.

The beautiful Princess Madeleine, 31, couldn”t help but show her delight as she gazed lovingly at Leonore and cradled her to her chest. The little bundle of joy seemed unaware that she was having her photo taken as she slept soundly while her father Chris, 39, beamed with pride in another snap.
A third image also released by the Kungahuset, the Swedish royal family”s official website, showed the golden, regal crib that would be used during the ceremony.
Ahead of the forthcoming christening, the new family travelled from their home in New York, where Chris works as a businessman, to Madeleine”s native Sweden. The trio touched down in Stockholm”s Arlanda airport early on Tuesday morning.

The royals have a busy schedule planned, as they will celebrate a host of affairs including Leonore”s baptism, Princess Madeleine and Chris”s wedding anniversary and the country”s national day, which falls on Friday.
Princess Leonore, who is fifth-in-line to the throne and has the title Duchess of Gotland, will be baptised at Drottningholm Palace Church at 12.00 noon.
She will be christened in the same gown as King Carl XVI Gustaf, Princess Victoria and her two-year-old cousin Princess Estelle, whom she met for the first time when her parents Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel visited New York in mid-April.

The baptismal water will be drawn from a source on the island of Öland and the ceremony will be conducted by the same Archbishop who baptised Princess Estelle, Anders Wejryd, assisted by chaplain to the King Lars-Göran Lönnermark and pastor Michael Bjerkhagen.
Princess Leonore will have six godparents although they have yet to be named.
After the religious ceremony there will be a reception for 160 guests and then a private lunch hosted by Princess Leonore”s grandparents King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia for 100 guests.
