Princess Letizia"s tender kiss for her sailor prince on Balearic break

The summer holidays have officially started for the Spanish royal family.
Although her husband, Crown Prince Felipe, has been in Majorca for a week, Princess Letizia arrived on the island on Tuesday with their two adorable young daughters, Leonor, five, and four-year-old Sofia.
Looking summery in matching white outfits, they arrived hand in hand to support the dashing royal, who was competing in the Copa del Rey yachting competition, which he enters every year.

Usually reserved in public, the couple delighted onlookers by sharing a tender kiss.
Also there to cheer on the prince were his mother Queen Sofia, his sister Cristina, accompanied by her youngest daughter Irene, and niece Victoria, the little girl of their other sibling Elena.

Later that day, the family attended the traditional party for sailors, with the princess who usually favours more classic outfits, looking fresh and fashionable in pink jeans and a funky top.
The royal family, who are staying at their Marivent Palace, will attend a gala dinner next Friday and are expected to stay in the island until then.
