Prince Harry Talks with Wounded Soldiers at Walter Reed

Greeting soldiers recovering from their war wounds, Prince Harry visited the Military Advanced Training Center at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland on Friday (May 10).

The red-headed royal wore his own British military fatigues as he spoke with some of the United States” wounded warriors.

Recently, the 28-year-old prince spent 20 weeks in Afghanistan as a co-pilot gunner in an Apache attack helicopter.

After viewing a treadmill that displays a virtual world on a screen, Harry marveled, “We”ve got nothing like this back in the U.K. You guys as Americans are used to the technology; we are always behind.”
