The Earl and Countess of Wessex, who married in 1999, are no strangers to European royal weddings. The duo have attended those in Monaco, Norway, Denmark and Sweden.

On home soil the couple attended Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall“s big day in Edinburgh, as well as the high-profile marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Most recently Sophie, 48, and Edward, 49, attended Prince Guillaume of Luxembourg”s union with Stephanie de Lannoy, where Sophie stepped out a monochrome dress by British designer Emilia Wickstead and a unique black hat by milliner Jane Taylor.

Royal watchers will be keen to see Sophie“s outfit for the royal wedding of the year as the stylish royal was recently announced as first ever patron of London College of Fashion.
