The banns give his address as the St John”s Wood pad he bought for £40,000 in 1965. His 51-year-old fiancée is listed as living at the address near Abbey Road Studios and Lord”s cricket ground for just nine days.
After their marriage, the new Sir Paul and Lady McCartney will divide their time between the London house and his 933-acre estate in East Sussex.
