NFL legend Kurt Warner is throwing in the towel after waiting over a year for his giant mansion to sell on the open market — finally agreeing to auction the place off to the highest bidder instead.
Warner listed the 11,300 sq. ft. Paradise, AZ home for $5 million in 2011, but it hasn”t sold. Shocking because the place is awesome — featuring six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a guest house, a workout room, theater room, its own elevator … and even an in-ground trampoline.
But it”s good news for buyers — because an auction nearly guarantees the home will fetch considerably less than its original asking price.
If you got a few milly lying around, the auction”s scheduled to go down on February 27th.
