It appears even Hollywood beauty Salma Hayek is not immune to the charms of dashing Antonio Banderas.
The Oscar nominee, 45, who stars as Kitty Softpaws alongside the Spanish actor in Puss in Boots, accepted his hand in an impromtu dance at the film”s London premiere. And she was keen to sing the spontaneous star”s praises.
“There”s never a dull moment with Antonio,” she said.
“Just when you think you”re becoming bored of him, he becomes crazier.”
And Antonio didn”t hesitate to return the compliment, saying of his long-time friend: “She was great.”
“She is someone that I love – we have been friends for over 18 years – so the whole ride was different.”
The film will be the sixth time the actors have worked together, and their apparel showed just how much the friends are in tune with each other – both looking slick in suits.
Salma, who is mother to four-year-old daughter Valentina, thoroughly enjoyed her first foray into animation.
“It couldn”t have come at a better time because now I have my daughter. She loves it.”
And little Valentina is of course a fan of her mummy”s friend and co-star.
“She loves being around Antonio. She”s in love with him.”
