He was scheduled to be arraigned on his DUI charge this morning (September 27) but Lamar Odom ended up getting an extension.
According to TMZ, the NBA players attorney showed up in court and was granted a continuance, while Lamar stayed home.
Now, Mr. Odoms hearing will take place on October 10th, that is unless his lawyer Richard Hutton is able to score yet another push-back.
Back on August 30th, Lamar was pulled over by the cops while driving on the 101 freeway and was charged with driving under the influence. He lost his license by refusing the breathalyzer test, and will have to answer for his sins on his day in court.
