With one foot in the music realm and the other firmly planted in fashion, Lady Gaga was the natural choice to help H&M hype the grand opening of their Times Square store location last night (November 13).
The Just Dance singer looked pretty normal in a colorful pair of coveralls and sky high black platform heels as she held the giant scissors and snipped the ribbon at 12:01AM while fans and shutterbugs endured the 30-degree chill.
During her recent interview with BBC Ones The Culture Show, Gaga lamented the state of corporately-controlled pop music.
“It”s the death of art and it”s killing young people because it is just like fast food. It may taste good at first but after you eat it for many years you might just get really fat or sick and die.”
