John Travolta??s Cruise Ship Worker Lawsuit Dismissed

Back in 2009, John Travolta went for a Royal Caribbean cruise during which he allegedly disrobed and forcefully embraced ship attendant Fabian Zanzi during a neck massage.

However, it seems Mr. Zanzi wont continue his high-profile lawsuit against the Face/Off actor, as the case has been dismissed.

On Monday (February 4) both parties agreed to walk away from the lawsuit, and while no one will say what caused the decision, it stands to reason Zanzis bank account may have jumped by a zero or two.

During his sworn declaration, John stated, “While I was indeed a passenger aboard the MS Enchantment of the Seas in or about June 2009, Mr. Zanzi”s allegations in the Complaint are entirely false, including… a purported physical encounter with me and his allegations… regarding an alleged financial offer I made him. None of these events happened, and Zanzi”s allegations are pure fabrication.”
