John Cusack’s Alleged Stalker — Touched By a Prosecutorial Angel

Exclusive 0905-john-cusack-gettyThe woman who was arrested at John Cusack“s Malibu home — a woman who insists she speaks to angels — was officially charged with stalking today … our sources has learned.

Elizabeth Diane Pahlke has been charged with two felony counts — 1 count of attempted burglary and 1 count of stalking with an active court order … meaning she had a restraining order against her at the time of her arrest.

As our sources first reported …  Pahlke was nabbed by the cops after allegedly trying to get into Cusack”s Malibu pad by climbing through a window and scaling a fence on his property. Cusack claims the woman insisted angels said they were meant to be together.

Prosecutors also want Pahlke”s bail raised from $150,000 to $200,000.

If convicted, Pahlke could face a maximum sentence of 4 years and 8 months in prison.
