Jenny McCarthy knows how to keep cool (and look hot) this summer – by kicking back poolside with a cocktail. Specifically a nice, refreshing colada.
McCarthy whipped out her coconuts (we”re talking about the fruit!) and whipped up a Colada Cooler, using Svedka”s new Colada vodka, which blends pineapple, coconut and a bit of mango together.
To join Jenny in celebrating summer in style, just follow this simple recipe:
Svedka”s Colada Cooler 2 oz. Colada
¾ oz. honey syrup
¾ oz. lemon
2 oz. strawberries
Muddle strawberries in honey syrup. Pour remaining ingredients in a mixing tin. Add ice. Shake. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a wedge of lemon. Enjoy!

American Honey Summer Solstice Cocktail3 oz. Wild Turkey American Honey
6 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
2 dashes angostura bitters
1 sprig rosemary
Combine American Honey, grapefruit juice and bitters in a tumbler with ice and stir. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
