There”s been tons of speculation that he might be the mystery father of January Jones” son Xander, and now James Marsden reveals the truth behind the rumors in the December 2013 issue of Playboy magazine.
While chatting with the publication, “The Notebook” star cleared the air about the gossip and even revealed his true thoughts on the manner.
Check out a few highlights from Mr. Marsden”s Q&A session below. For more, be sure to visit Playboy!
On his involvement with January:
“Theres so much stupid talk out there. I think that came from somebody thinking we were both in X-Men so it must be true. Every time I see January, shes like, “Hey, father of my baby.””
On his chick flicks:
“Whats funny is guys coming up going, “Hey, man, youre in my favorite movie of all time.” Im thinking X-Men or whatever, and theyre like, “The Notebook. I was bawling at the end.” Like dude dudes, you know Good for you, man! Thats great.”
On his character Cyclops in “X-Men”:
“Cyclops is a tricky character because his power is so weird. I mean, putting his finger to his ear Its not all that spectacular. Theres not a lot of action to that. I was able to do a minor fight scene in the second X-Men, which was cool. But fans still come up and say, “Cyclops kind of got shat on.” I agree. The character is a little bit of a stiff Boy Scout.”
