James Franco has denied that he slept with Lindsay Lohan in the wake of her recently released sex list.
While giving an interview about his new book of poetry, Directing Herbert White, James set that record straight about his relationship with Lindsay.
When asked if he had received any responses from the people mentioned in his poems, he told LA Magazine “No, I didn’t write anything bad about them,” before adding “Lindsay herself has told lies about me with her people-she’s-slept-with list! So I feel like what I said is much less than what she’s said.”

James, 35, also maintains that he previously turned down Lindsay’s romantic advances.
“I mean, I don’t want to brag about it,” he told radio presenter Howard Stern last year. “I don’t know how that got out.”
“[Lindsay] was having issues even then, so you feel weird,” he added. “Honestly, she was a friend. I’ve met a lot of people that are troubled and sometimes you don’t want to do that.”
James is the first person on Lindsay’s list to comment on the claims.

The 36-strong list, which was allegedly penned by Lindsay while she was staying with friends at LA’s Beverly Hilton Hotel, also includes Justin Timberlake, Ashton Kutcher, Orlando Bloom, Heath Ledger, Zac Efron, Adam Levine, Jamie Dornan and Joaquin Phoenix.
