Beginning the week with a little bit of retail therapy, Hilary Duff went shopping with her son Luca in Los Angeles on Monday (August 26).
Looking grunge-chic, the “Lizzie McGruire” alum wore black leggings, a buttoned up denim top and a beanie as she and her little man walked hand in hand.
In career news, today marks the tenth anniversary since the release of Hilary”s not-so-popular album, Metamorphosis.
In an interview with Idolator, Duff explained that during the time of her Disney fame, music wasn”t her thing, saying, “I never grew up saying, Im going to be a singer and heres my music I learned along the way, and I do take myself seriously as an artist now.
But to be honest, when I came into Metamorphosis, I had no idea what I was doing. Thank God, Hollywood [Records] had relationships with producers and writers and could make those connections. I just knew what I liked listening to. When they set me up with The Matrix, Avril Lavigne had just broke and I was super pumped. They were cranking out hits at the time, she added.
