Though not seen on screen since 2011″s “Cowboys & Aliens,” Harrison Ford signed on to appear in “Anchorman: The Legend Continues.”
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the “Star Wars” actor will portray a legendary newscaster in the much-anticipated sequel. On Monday, the 70-year-old actor suited up with freshly dyed hair on the set of the film in Atlanta, Georgia.
Directed by Adam McKay, the comedy brings back original cast members Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, David Koechner, and Christina Applegate Kristen Wiig.
“Anchorman: The Legend Continues” follows the continuing adventures of San Diego”s top-rated newsman, Ron Burgundy. Look for it in theaters on December 20th.
