Whip out the candles and cake! It”s Mila Kunis” 30th birthday today (August 14) and GossipCenter is taking a look back at the lovely actress” greatest magazine covers.
Whether it”s her topless shoot for Esquire”s “Sexiest Woman Alive” issue, or her flirty GQ front page back in August 2011, the “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” beauty never fails to impress when striking a pose for the printed publications.
Marie Claire UK April 2013:
Preparing for her debut as the Wicked Witch of the West in “Oz The Great And Power,” the gorgeous starlet fronted the April 2013 issue of Marie Claire UK. During the interview, Mila discussed her career and the side effects of fame, saying, “To say my life hasn”t changed would be a lie. It has changed, I don”t really know how. I can”t complain, nor am I complaining, but I can”t leave my house as freely as I used to. But I”ve also traveled a lot for work, so that”s changed. I have been very lucky.”
Esquire November 2012:
Her good looks never go unnoticed, which is why Esquire magazine dubbed Miss Kunis its “Sexiest Woman Alive” in 2012. During her Q&A session with the publication, the “Black Swan” beauty revealed, “What I do and who I am are two different things. And they always will be. What happens with people is they lose sight of who they are, and they become either who they want to do or who they are perceived to be. But whatever it is, it is no longer who they are. I love what I do. And I think I”ve consciously separated my two lives.”
Interview August 2012
With her hilarious comedy “Ted” making its way into theaters, Mila pitched in on promotions by covering Interview”s August 2012 issue. While chatting with fellow actor James Franco, Kunis spoke out about the gender inequality in Hollywood.
“I think there will always be a double standard between males and females, so I think that an actress is more likely to protect her public persona, so to speak, than an actor would be. An actor goes crazy in a hotel room, gets trashed, throws a bench, breaks a window, and he is considered a rock star. An actress does that and she”s sent to rehab and is thought to have problems and issues and can”t get a job.”
Glamour August 2012
In the midst of her crazy career schedule, the brunette bombshell garnered herself a little added exposure by covering the August 2012 issue of Glamour. The then-29-year-old actress revealed her struggles with critics bashing her skinny bod after starring in “Black Swan.”
“This is a normal body. It”s not 98 pounds. God, I”m probably 25 pounds heavier in muscle mass and weight at this point. What was crazy was, when I was shooting “Black Swan,” everyone was like, “Gosh, you”re really too skinny.” Then my weight started bouncing back and they”re like, “She looked better when she was anorexic-looking.” You can”t please anyone! It was just for work. I didn”t do it because I had issues. Now this is my normal weight that I started out with.”
GQ August 2011
Always up for a good laugh, Mila Kunis scored the cover spot of GQ”s Comedy Issue for August 2011. Showing off her flawless tummy, Mila admitted she”s never had a hook up pal like her “Friends With Benefits” character.
“I haven”t, but I can give you my stance on it: It”s like communism – good in theory, in execution it fails. Friends of mine have done it, and it never ends well. Why do people put themselves through that torture”
