Celebrated for making quite an impact, Glamour honored Lady Gaga as one of its 2013 Women of the Year at the annual gala at Carnegie Hall on Monday (November 11).
Hosted by Seth Meyers, this year”s event supports The Malala Fund, which helps programs that support education for girls around the world.
According to editor-in-chief Cindi Leive, “Glamours Women of the Year awards are all about saluting women whose work helps to change the world, and that mission has clearly been accomplished with this years group of honorees. Im so blown away by the range of achievement, bravery, depth, smarts, and moxie they have demonstrated.”
Noted for her musical success, the magazine also recognized Gaga for her Born This Way Foundation which helps to end bullying.
