Come Sunday, Hollywood”s favorite father figures – ahem, Brad Pitt, Will Smith and newlywed Matthew McConaughey – will likely get a little love (and a lot of ties) from their true No. 1 fans.

And while nothing tops quality time with their kids (and all those ties), these doting dads could probably use a refreshing, adults-only beverage at the end of the day.

In honor of Father”s Day, whip up these celeb-worthy recipes:

Caliche Old FashionedFor the traditional guy

• 2 oz. Caliche Rum
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• ½ oz. sugar cane syrup
• 1 Maraschino cherry
• 1 orange wedge
Mix sugar cane syrup and Angostura bitters in an old-fashioned glass. Drop in a cherry and an orange wedge. Muddle into a paste. Pour in the Caliche Rum, fill with ice cubes and stir for at least 10 seconds (or until well-chilled). Garnish with an orange twist and a cherry.
