Dina Lohan, the mother of Lindsay Lohan, has pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated (DWI) and speeding.
The 51-year-old appeared before a judge in a Long Island courtroom on Tuesday, with her famous daughter’s attorney Mark Heller by her side.
Sentencing will not take place until 3 June, but Dina is expected to be sentenced to 100 hours of community service.

Court sources told TMZ that the mother-of-four is also likely to have her license revoked and have an interlock device installed on her vehicle.
She will have to attend a mandatory drinking and driving course and a victim impact panel, as well as paying related fines and fees.
The charges stem back to September, when Dina was arrested on Long Island. She was issued a ticket for driving 77 mph in a 55 mph zone, and a breath test then revealed she was twice the legal alcohol limit.

In a statement at the time, Dina’s lawyer said in a statement, “Dina Lohan is a good person. Her life has been dedicated to her four children.
“She has worked hard her entire life and she has been a ‘parent trapped’ with the entire world watching her in a fishbowl with murky water due to not fault of her own,” he added, referencing the Disney remake that made her daughter famous.
The news comes as Lindsay, 27, is attempting to turn her life around. She is currently starring in her own docu-series on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network, charting her attempts to stay sober and get her acting career back on track.
