Breaking from his role in the critically acclaimed play “The Cripple of Inishmaan,” Daniel Radcliffe scored a feature in the June 2013 issue of Vogue.
While channeling his character from the play for the Anton Corbijn”s 1930-inspired shoot, the “Harry Potter” star opened up about his character in the dark comedy and his acting ambitions.

“It manages to be sweet and, a the same time, unbelievably cruel. He [writer Martin McDonagh] always gives you just a minimum amount of hope that you need to leave the theater smiling.”
On his British to Irish accent:
“[My cast mates would be] shaking their heads a muttering “Oh, God” when I opened my mouth.”
On his roles and wanting to advance in acting:
“I want to be consistent, authentic, and, for me, safe, so I can go on and have a productive life in the workforce.”
