Monaco”s famous Rose Ball has two main themes – fashion and fun. This year, Princess Caroline“s daughter Charlotte Casiraghi, 26, also introduced love into the mix when she stepped out with boyfriend Gad Elmaleh.

The annual charity event unites Prince Albert“s clan, and provides the world with a chance to see royals at their most laid back. Think Princess Caroline”s Arabian-inspired sequence on the dancefloor, or her children, Charlotte, Andrea and Pierre, above, dancing up a storm in 2006.

Monaco”s first family aren”t the only ones who like to shrug off protocol and let their hair down once in a while. Britain”s young royals, Prince Harry in particular, don”t hesitate to take to the dancefloor if the notion takes them.

Harry”s dancing was the toast of Jamaica when he represented the Queen during his 2012 Diamond Jubilee tour. His brother Prince William and sister-in-law Kate Middleton also impressed on their trip when they shimmied through a traditional dance in Tuvalu.

Here, we present the royals who all look good on the dancefloor.
