As she looks to the future and becoming a mum for the third time, Gwen Stefani has also been reflecting on the past. The singer shared photos from the past on the Instagram on Sunday night, including one of herself as a “chunky” teenager.
Gwen posted a snap from 1983, from when she was getting an autograph from Sting.
The Police singer sits atop a motorbike, while an excited-looking Gwen looks very 1980s in a pair of shorts and mustard coloured top, white slingback shoes on her feet.
She captions the image: ‘chunky me 1983. getting @officialsting autograph backstage. cut to…’
The 44-year-old followed this up with a photo from over a decade ago. The black and white picture shows her perched on the shoulders of fellow members of her rock group No Doubt; Tom Dumont, Tony Kanal and Adrian Young.
“12 years ago today! No way! thank u @LaChapelleland @RollingStone xo gx @nodoubt #fbf,” she writes with the photo.
Gwen has recently revealed she’s to welcome another boy with her musician husband Gavin Rossdale.
Posting a picture of herself to her Instagram account of herself wearing a crown, the star wrote: “I was ready to hand over the crown. but I guess I am still queen of the house. #itsaboy #surroundedbyboys”
The couple are already parents to sons Kingston, seven, and five-year-old Zuma.
