Chris Brown to Face Probation Violation Hearing for Hit-and-Run Charges

His domestic violence case may have been from 2009, but consequences of the incident with Rihanna have come back to bite Chris Brown again.

In Monday”s court appearance (July 15), the judge agreed to grant the prosecutor”s motion to revoke his probation because of hit-and-run charges originating from a car accident in May.

The “Don”t Judge Me” singer faces a probation violation hearing in August. If found to have violated, he could spend four years in prison.

Looking somber in a gray blazer and black dress shirt, the 24-year-old hip-hop star later tweeted, “I did everything I was suppose to do during the so called hit n run, I provided the correct info. There were no injuries or damages. C”mon!!”
