Chris Brown can kiss his precious graffiti monsters goodbye — he”s lost the war to keep his “art” pieces up on the walls of his Hollywood Hills home.
As we previously reported … Chris has been fighting the city of L.A. since May over the graffiti he plastered on an exterior wall of the house — even claiming it”s protected by the 1st Amendment.
The city threatened to slap him with a heavy fine … and now it looks like Chris caved — as workers slapped a fresh layer of paint on the concrete wall today.
The LA Building Department of Safety tells our sources it will send inspectors to check out the coverup job tomorrow — and if it”s all gone, Chris will not be fined.
Neighbors complained the graffiti was a blight that scared kids on the block.
For his part, Chris claimed he would never take it down — but something or someone clearly convinced him otherwise.
