Chris Brown has just arrived at court to fight the L.A. County D.A.”s motion to revoke the singer”s probation … a move that could land Brown in prison for up to 4 years.
As we reported, the L.A. County D.A. has filed a request to revoke Brown”s probation in the wake of hit-and-run charges that were filed against him, stemming from a car accident in May.
Brown allegedly left the scene without forking over a California driver”s license and proper insurance info — hence the hit-and-run allegations — but as we reported, the victim doesn”t want Brown prosecuted.
Brown”s lawyer has since filed docs asking for the criminal case to be dropped — but the D.A. is still moving forward because Brown has a duty to obey all laws as a condition to his probation in the Rihanna beating case.
If the judge finds that Chris violated his probation, the singer faces up to 4 years in prison.
