After earning his third DUI, Bobby Brown headed in to serve his 55-day jail sentence on Wednesday (March 20).
The New Edition singer was arrested in Studio City back in October after an officer smelled alcohol on him during a traffic stop.
However, according to L.A. County Sheriff”s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore, the 44-year-old star may serve just nine days due to jail overcrowding and good behavior.
After his stint in jail, Bobby will be on informal probation for four years and is ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol treatment program.
