Adam Lambert Shops While Mourning the Loss of a Fan

Looking decidedly un-glam, Adam Lambert checked out some sidewalk sales in West Hollywood Friday (August 16). The singer left empty-handed — no new clothes, no new earings, no fresh glitter.

Glambert also spent the day mourning a special fan as he learned that Gale Chester Wittington, the founder of the Adam Lambert Fan Club passed away. The club has more than 40,000 likes on Facebook.

Wittington would post every single tidbit of news he could find about the singer, including interviews, video, news articles, and art.

Additional reports surfaced Friday that the flamboyant American Idol runner-up has insured his voice for $50 million. (No wonder he chose to save his pennies at the sidewalk sale.)
